Dearest Rowena,

I wanted to say a wee thank you. Thank you for the kind attentiveness you showed me during a very difficult period in my life; for making me feel so welcome in your home that time i came to visit Cornwall and spent a beautiful Summer's day in the garden lunching with you, Al, Al and the girls; and for all the wonderful things you inspired in me and others, I know, to look out into the world.
